30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Ipath Footwear purchase. To be eligible for a return, the shoes must be in their original, unworn condition and in the original packaging.
Conditions for Return
- Unworn and Unused: Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition. This means there should be no signs of wear, dirt, or damage, including scuff marks, stains, or any alterations.
- Original Packaging: Shoes must be returned in their original box with all tags attached and any included accessories or inserts.
Exchanges
- Size and Fit: If your shoes don’t fit as expected, we offer exchanges for a different size or color, provided the original pair is returned in unworn and unused condition within the 30-day return window.
- You will be responsible for return shipping.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We consider defects to be manufacturing issues such as loose stitching, sole separation, or any other production-related flaws.
- Defect Verification: To expedite the process, please submit photos of the defect along with a brief description when you reach out. Once verified, at IPATH's discretion we will provide a full replacement, and cover return shipping costs.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping Label: If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label for defective products. For standard returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
For non-defective, non-exchange returns, a 10% restocking fee may apply. This fee helps cover the costs of processing returns and ensures we can continue to offer high-quality products at competitive prices.
Final Sale Items
Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
