When you make a purchase from our store, we collect personal information such as your name, address, and email address as part of the buying and selling process. Additionally, when you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with insights into your browser and operating system.
If you opt-in for email marketing, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates with your permission.
Section 2 – Consent
How Do We Obtain Your Consent?
By providing us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery, or return a purchase, you imply your consent for us to collect and use it for that specific purpose only.
For any secondary purposes, such as marketing, we will ask for your explicit consent or provide you with an opportunity to decline.

Section 3 – Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Section 4 – Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. This information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase and is deleted afterward.
All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. These standards help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
For more details, you can review Shopify’s Terms of Service or Privacy Statement.
Section 5 – Third-Party Services
Third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform services for us. However, certain providers, such as payment gateways, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we provide for your purchase-related transactions. We recommend reading their privacy policies to understand how your information will be handled by these providers.
If you proceed with a transaction involving a third-party service provider located in a different jurisdiction, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the provider or its facilities are located.
Section 6 – Security
We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information from being inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and additional industry standards.

Mobile Terms of Service
Ipath LLC
Last updated: Aug. 5, 2024
The Ipath LLC mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Ipath LLC (“Ipath LLC”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Ipath LLC’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Ipath LLC through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Ipath LLC. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including those from your wireless provider.
You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting the single keyword command STOP to +[TBD] or by clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Ipath LLC mobile message programs and wish to cancel, you will need to opt-out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
For Service support, email hello@ipathofficial.com.
We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
We respect your right to privacy. To see how we collect and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Notice.
