On Oct. 27 Ipath footwear and Cowtown skateboards with the help of Monster Energy put on their 3rd annual Locals Only skateboard contest and Ipath Taco Stop. The contest was at the Desert West skatepark in Phoenix, Az. The contest was free to enter and had all age divisions and a sponsored division too. They also have a awesome Pumpkin carving contest where 3 people race around the park and carve through pumpkins. Good times were had by all and plenty of Tacos were eaten. Check out Cowtownskateboards.com for full results and video.
Some people have noticed that Seth has been laying low lately. Well, he always lays low, but lately, it's been more than usual. He's back, and back in a big way. Here is an email that I got from him, along with some pics from his journeys.... "What's up everyone! So as most of you have Probably noticed, I've been laying low the past few months. This past year has been a tough one! With it being my last year in the twenties I've felt really un motivated to be honest! We all go through those times as riders, it's the down times that make the up times so good though I believe. On top of lack of motivation, I've been going through some of the toughest times of my life due to many personally issues. I found my mind being everywhere but wanting to be riding a bike. To make a long Story short... I took time off from Riding to focus on myself and family. With in the past few days I've found myself getting stoked at the thought of riding, and traveling again. So! With that said, I am back on my bike, and feeling really good! Stoked to get some trips going, and make up for lost time. Here are a few photos from the past few months."
Mark always comes through with some good pics. Here, you'll see a couple of him riding, and one of him and his girl prepping for a night out in Las Vegas. Yes, that shirt is Mark's "going out" shirt. Dude knows what's up.
The sun was out and the temperature was about 100 degrees but that did not stop the kids from shredding the Melba Bishop park in Oceanside. We grilled up Carne Asada tacos and had plenty of tasty water to keep them hydrated thanks to Vitaminwater. Prizes were given out for tricks off the drop. Ipath flow Solomon Mosely came out and showed the kids how its done with his smooth style and proper tricks. Thanks again to Vitaminwater, Asylum and to everyone who came out and was able to withstand the heat.
Alex sent over a couple of pics from the weekend. Shot by Josh Richie. Enjoy.

Van Homan sent over a couple of pics that he shot during the recent "FBM Post Appocolympics" jam in Virginia. While Van is on the mend from a broken leg, he's been taking lots of photos, which always helps with blog entries. Look for more upcoming coverage of the guys from Interbike, which is coming up next week in Las Vegas.
